For Miniatures : please mention how much minies need to be painted, their scale, the painting tier (see below) you want, when you need them to be painted, the color scheme and any other information you consider useful.
Please, also join few photos of the minies (unpainted ones or internet links to the models you want to purchase and get painted)
Don't hesitate to also add references (colors, textures..Etc) as it'll make the work of our scaly employees easier and faster.

Then we will give you a price for the service according to the tier chart (below) and the quantity you want. We will also agree on a time estimation for the work being done.
If you have not bought the miniatures yet, you can buy them and use our adress as the shipping one (we will give it to you once the contract is done if needed). It might save some time and money as you won't have to ship it to us again.

Once revieved we will paint it according to our schedules and come back to you with updates on the progression of the work.

When the painting is over we will ship them to you according to the shipping option you have taken (we strongly advise you to take an option with tracking for safety reasons)

For Maps : please mention the dimensions/resolutions for your map-s (our default one is A0/300DPI), a description of the region as exhaustive as possible and some informations on the colors you want to be used.

We strongly recommand you doing a draft on some free map making software such as Inkarnate and providing us with the draft. We can't design your world better than yourself so we need informations about every places names, their locations, how the roads, lakes, rivers, borders...etc are located. It takes like an hour and will save us a lot of time (and a lot of money for you). We will then use this draft as a base and push it to the level you expect to get.

Then we will give you a price for the service according to the complexity of what you ask for and a time estimation for the work being done.

Once the work is finished we will send it to you as a PNG+JPEG via email/dropbox/wetransfer...etc as you prefer.
We can also send you the PSD/TIFF if you need it.

For Illustrations : please provide us with an exhaustive description of the subject and a solid reference folders for anything that's complex or involve design (ex : what are your references for "elvish architecture?" or for something "alien" ?) It will save us time and so it will save you money.
We will then study the case and give you a price accorrding to the time and complexity  to draw it and a time estimation.

Once the work is finished we will send it to you as a PNG+JPEG via email/dropbox/wetransfer...etc as you prefer.We can also send you the PSD/TIFF if you need it.

Prices are given in Euros, current Euro to $/£ ratio will be applied if you can't pay in Euro.
